We're currently looking for 2 x Senior Business Analysts on a full-time, 24-month fixed-term contract basis. This position sits within our Transformation team. The team is primarily based in Glasgow but we are remote first and open to candidates based across the UK.
This is a new role, supplementing our core team and acting as a trouble shooter, providing support when projects have pinch points and picking up and leading on analysis. If you like variety - this is the role for you!
The Job
Reporting to the Lead BA, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
1. Deliver business analysis services to support the organisation during the full lifecycle of any change initiative.
2. Contribute to the development of the Business Analysis Practice by undertaking Continuous Professional Development and identifying and implementing changes to BA services and deliverables.
3. Lead shaping of changes, understanding business drivers and clearly articulating the business need for change.
4. Coach, mentor and manage the performance of Business Analysts (both permanent and contingent workers).
The Person
We're looking for someone who:
1. Thinks creatively and with curiosity - you move fast, learning and adapting as you go based on a proven track record of employing a broad and diverse range of business analysis best practices, methodologies and tools.
2. Speaks up to challenge constructively, sharing your ideas for a better approach or improvements.
3. Has experience of leading a team and ideally, direct line management experience as this is a required part of the role.
4. Does the right thing and builds trusting relationships within the change delivery team and with your stakeholders at all levels.
5. Listens to understand, valuing others' perspectives and involving the right people at the right time in your analysis.
