An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join our Training department. Reporting to the Head of Training, you will be responsible for the development and successful delivery of the Training department with regard to safety, quality, financial and customer satisfaction, thus responsible for supporting and implementing further development of the business line area offering in support of Company growth. You will be expected to support new and develop existing client relationships at all levels across the business line and to be focused on customer satisfaction, business development and profitability for EnerMech, ensuring that this way of working is adopted across the business line. Other key duties and responsibilities will include;
* To provide leadership to the business line, ensuring the presence and development of competent personnel within the business line team and their development
* Preparation and maintenance of budgets and relevant reports
* Actively participate in the successful management and delivery of fit for purpose work instructions, procedures, processes, planning and reporting for the Business Line, ensuring consistency across EnerMech where possible
To be successful for this position it is essential you are educated to a degree level education or hold equivalent experience. It is desirable you have been in a similar operational role previously and have strong knowledge of training and assessing. You will hold relevant management experience, demonstrating the ability to grow and develop cohesive teams. You will have a good understanding of commercial/cost awareness, and experience of Navision/SAP or similar software.
