Perkbox Access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Eye voucher scheme Long service and staff awards Free uniform Free Parking More You will have: DDiploma/BSc in Physiotherapy Current and valid Registration with Health & Care Professions Council Current registration with professional body (e.g. CSP) Evidence of Continued Professional Development Use of evidence based practice and outcome measures Knowledge and application of physiotherapy assessments and interventions using clinical reasoning An ability to work autonomously and to set own and support others' priorities An ability to confidently assess and manage risk in relation to physical performance Key responsibilities: Responsible for assessment of service user needs in relation particularly to optimising independence and physical function, and symptom control Responsible to devise a formal plan for families and carers to provide physiotherapy interventions as part of overall care To promote choice in all aspects of clinical practice reviewing and making suggestions to enhance the service user experience and enabling concerns and complaints to be raised freely by service user and their representatives To liaise and communicate with other health and social care professionals and volunteers in the planning and delivery of physiotherapy To ensure appropriate prescription, provision and maintenance of equipment within available resources To ensure that up to date written and electronic records are maintained in accordance with Professional and Brainkind standards, and that sensitive information is held securely To demonstrate clinical leadership and promote clinical supervision.
