We know every company would say this, but at Manorview it really is true - our people make this business what it is! They're our greatest asset, and we're very lucky to have them.
Our Head Housekeeper is a constant throughout our venues working with their teams to deliver an impeccable standard of cleanliness throughout our rooms, public areas, as well as back of house. Our Housekeeping team works incredibly hard to ensure our Guests enjoy a comfortable environment and that our Team have a safe and clean working environment.
They can be found in the stock cupboards ensuring we have adequate provision of clean and well-maintained laundry and linen, or out in the corridors monitoring and coaching our teams. On a busy check-out, they can be found with their sleeves rolled up changing beds and cleaning bathrooms.
Our Head Housekeeper is experienced in all elements of Housekeeping, using efficient working practices and processes to ensure their team delivers clean rooms in line with Guests' expectations. They are regularly found in conversations with other HODs, working together to deliver the entire Guest journey throughout the venue. We are very excited to welcome you to our team, but we are looking for just the right fit. For someone who wants to be part of our journey, who understands our values, purpose, and our passion, and we won't accept anything less.
Skill and experience are necessary to do this job, but more than anything else, we want someone who shares our vision of a hospitality industry that is better and sees themselves being part of the team who can make this happen!
We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
