What You’ll Do as a P&C Projects lead In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Lead Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of People & Culture (P&C) projects, ensuring successful outcomes by managing all phases from scoping to evaluation. Develop Strategic Plans: Create and align strategic plans, timelines, and resource requirements with stakeholders, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize project strategies. Manage Risks and Dependencies: Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects, working closely with senior P&C leaders to align with strategic priorities. Liaise with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary liaison between in-house teams and external service providers, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication throughout project delivery. Lead Change Management: Develop and implement change management activities, including training, communication, and adoption strategies, to ensure successful project rollouts and stakeholder buy-in. Drive Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement within the People & Culture function by leveraging insights and innovative solutions to enhance the colleague experience and project outcomes. What You’ll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: CIPD qualification or equivalent experience Experience with each HRIS or people analytics platforms Exposure to organisational design, employee experience our digital transformation initiatives. 7 years’ experience working in a HR Operations role. Experience in leading managing P&C Projects with a knowledge of working across multiple Geographies. Experience working cross functionally with P&C, Technology, Payroll, and other business areas. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyse data and develop change outcomes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
