Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organisedExecutive Assistant (EA)to support the CEO of a fast-growing care company and a developing software company. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, requiring a candidate who can help drive accountability across the leadership team and ensure that strategic goals and initiatives are implemented effectively.
In addition to managing executive tasks, the EA will play a pivotal role in coordinating projects and follow-through across the CEOs ventures, including acquisitions, organic growth initiatives, and other entrepreneurial pursuits. Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support to the CEO
* Provide high-level support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing presentations.
* Anticipate the needs of the CEO, ensuring that he is fully briefed and prepared for all engagements.
* Draft and review communications on behalf of the CEO, maintaining high standards for professionalism and accuracy.
* Liaising with Legal, Commercial, Conveyance teams.
* Proof reading Contracts and Commercial Plans.
