Customer Service Manager
37 hours per week, based in Preston
£38,714.03 per annum
As the Customer Service Manager, you'll manage the Customer Liaison, Repairs, Planning, and Compliance teams. Working with the Team Leaders, you'll ensure an excellent customer-focused service is provided to our tenants in relation to general property repairs and maintenance tasks.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience of managing a planning and administrative team.
* Significant experience of working in a customer service role and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Proven ability to translate customer requirements into processes, procedures, and behaviours that deliver an excellent level of service.
It would be great if you also had:
* Experience of working in social housing or similar.
* An understanding of the administrative aspects of gas and electrical compliance and the associated legal processes.
