We are seeking an experienced Manager of New Product Introduction (NPI) to lead and optimise the commercialisation lifecycle of new products across multiple manufacturing facilities. As the Manager of NPI, you will oversee the standardisation and enhancement of processes to ensure seamless new product launches. This role focuses on driving efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project management, specification development, and data management. Project manage product release to market Ensure high adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for internal and external stakeholders. Manage approximately 300-500 product launches annually, ensuring timelines are met efficiently. Cultivate collaboration across teams, balancing operational and commercial priorities. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of NPI processes. Develop innovative, manufacturing solutions by aligning commercial and technical needs. Lead cross-functional teams to optimise workflows and ensure project success. Certifications in Project Management (PMP or CAPM) and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred). 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or service operations environment. Experience with SAP ERP systems and design tools (CAD/CAM, SolidWorks) preferred. Additional Information: Travel requirement: up to 25-30%, including international travel.
