About the Role As a Water Audit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses and organizations reduce water consumption. Based in Wolverhampton or the Midlands region, you’ll travel to client sites across the UK, conducting detailed water audits and providing professional advice to optimize water usage. This hands-on role also includes accurate meter reading and reporting, requiring a disciplined and organized approach. Key Responsibilities for the Water Audit Specialist Water Auditing: Conduct high-quality, in-depth site-based assessments to evaluate water usage patterns. Perform practical flow and usage tests to identify areas of high consumption. Provide expert advice and actionable recommendations to reduce water consumption. Prepare and complete detailed audit reports in line with company standards. Meter Reading: Provide accurate and timely water meter readings for client sites. Update records using in-house software systems. Safely lift and handle meter chamber lids as part of the role. Key Personality Traits for the Water Audit Specialist: I am looking for someone who: Has excellent water auditing and report-writing skills with a high level of accuracy in recording data and notes. Possesses strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Is self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
