* Providing support to the branch manager as required
* Previous estate agent sales negotiator experience is essential or at least 2 years
* Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
* Solid IT skills and experience of using estate agency CRM systems
* Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability are key
* Well spoken and well presented
* Target driven and ambitious
* Excellent organisational skills and punctuality are of utmost importance
