Recruitment Administrator (148794) City of London, England
Salary: GBP 30,000 - GBP 35,000 per annum
Working for a Global Recruitment Consultancy with offices in London, we are looking for an experienced Administrator to support their amazing Sales Team.
The role is permanent, working full-time on-site in their London offices, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. The closest tube station is either Holborn or Temple Station.
Duties for the role will include:
* Compile all new contracts and rate changes and input onto a payroll system
* Speak to candidates regarding payroll queries
* Liaise with Payroll on various queries and keep candidates updated
* Run weekly reports, including the trend report & consultants call stat log
* Create and send contracts to candidates
* General administration duties and answering the telephone
* Check and keep records of new contracts on a weekly basis
* Open and distribute post daily
* Order stationery when required
Skills and experience required:
* The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Recruitment Industry or a Sales Environment where you are assisting with contracts
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Strong all-round administration experience
