Safety & Security Supervisor

The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Security Supervisor to join our talented Security team. We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• assist in the implementation and administration of health, safety, and fire safety policies
• ensure compliance with safety procedures and legal obligations
• investigate security and safety incidents, including accidents and fire alarms, and provide recommendations
• deliver training sessions, communicate safety policies, and maintain up-to-date safety documentation
• assist with conducting fire drills and act as a deputy in emergency situations
• maintain records of safety activities, produce statistical reports, and ensure compliance with certifications
ABOUT YOU
• previous experience within a similar role
• current SIA Door Supervisor license
• excellent customer service skills
• great observation and monitoring skills
• ability to be assertive in any situation in a professional way
• ability to work on your own initiative but also as part of the Security team
