Role Description
As the Store Manager of Bang & Olufsen of Harrogate, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a small team of passionate individuals to achieve exceptional sales performance while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will manage all aspects of the store’s operations, from sales and customer engagement to staff development, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Your leadership will ensure that our store not only meets but exceeds performance targets while consistently representing the Bang & Olufsen brand.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and customer service goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and growth.
* Customer Experience: Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experiences by maintaining a focus on personalized service, product knowledge, and brand integrity. Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Sales Management: Drive store performance by setting clear sales targets and implementing effective strategies to achieve or surpass goals. Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and business performance to make informed decisions.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and compliance with company policies and standards.
* Training & Development: Provide ongoing product training and professional development to the team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to represent the Bang & Olufsen brand effectively.
* Financial Management: Monitor and manage store budgets, sales forecasts, and inventory levels to ensure the store operates efficiently and profitably.
* Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all employees deliver the Bang & Olufsen promise of quality, innovation, and luxury in every customer interaction.
* Store Presentation: Ensure the store environment is welcoming, visually appealing, and in line with the brand’s aesthetic, ensuring all products are displayed in an engaging manner.
* Reporting & Administration: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, stock levels, and other relevant metrics for management review.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
* Strong ability in providing top-notch Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
* Excellent Communication skills
* Leadership and team management experience
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the retail industry, preferably in electronics or luxury goods
