Responsibilities:
As a Showroom Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
6. Unlocking and preparing the showroom each morning
7. Maintaining the pristine appearance of the showroom at all times
8. Offering refreshments and providing excellent customer service to visitors
9. Managing supplies, including stationery and beverages
10. Liaising with our supply chain and clients
11. Updating internal folders and databases
12. Assisting with order processing, invoicing, and sending order acknowledgements
13. Managing the showroom cleaner and ensuring cleanliness standards are met
14. Organising and attending events and networking opportunities
15. Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
16. Previous experience in a showroom or retail management role
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
18. Excellent attention to detail
19. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
20. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
21. Knowledge of the commercial interiors market
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
22. Familiarity with interior design products and materials
23. Experience in creating quotations and handling invoicing
24. Understanding of order confirmation and sales agreements
Technologies:
25. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
26. Database management software
