Your Role
As a Receptionist at the Welcome Treatment Centre, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the ward by providing vital administrative and customer service support. You will act as the first point of contact for our patients, their families, and healthcare professionals, making a significant impact on their experience at the treatment centre.
Responsibilities
1. Handling sensitive patient information
2. Assisting with the preparation of case notes
3. Ensuring effective communication between departments
4. Offering a welcoming atmosphere for patients receiving care for haematological and oncological disorders
