Accounts and Finance Manager - 30 hours per week flexibleWe are recruiting for an Innovative Insurance Management company based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. They are looking for a "hands-on" Accounts and Finance Manager to help coordinate the smooth running of the accounts for the business. Accounts Assistant Main Duties:To cover a wide range of accounts functions including but not limited to:Accounts preparation to partner review.Banking – bank reconciliations. VAT preparation and submission using Xero.Client liaison – The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with clients over the phone and via email.Client bookkeeping and reporting.Month-end procedures.Any other accounts/admin duties as required.Experience - Account Assistant:Good working knowledge of accounts software and Microsoft Office software – particularly excel and word.Ability to work on own initiative but also to contribute to teamwork/goals.Experience in a similar role.Level 3 AAT qualified or equivalent.Personal Attributes - Accounts Assistant:Ability to work to deadlines – developing systems and working in a constantly improving environment.Self-starter who enjoys a challenge.Other Information:In return, our client will offer a salary between £25,000 - £35,000 pro rata (30 hours per week flexible)Job Types: Permanent.Salary: Between £25,000 - £35,000 pro rata dependant on experience.Experience:Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper – 1 yearLevel 3 AAT or equivalentContract length: PermanentJob Types: Full-timeBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionStudy supportSchedule:Day shift - 30 hours per weekFlexible days and shifts
