Powering Better Prescription Delivery.
About Us:
At Patient Choice, we are committed to delivering better healthcare experiences by providing NHS prescription products that benefit both patients and the NHS. As a trusted supplier with a proven track record, our mission is simple: to deliver the best deal for patients and the NHS.
As we expand our digital presence and e-commerce platform, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand and strategy, communicating our unique value and reshaping how patients access and experience healthcare.
What makes this role different?
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the transformation of our brand and digital marketing strategy, spearheading efforts to grow our e-commerce platform while inspiring and mentoring a small, dedicated team. Your work will directly impact patient care and drive ethical growth in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
You will be committed to upholding and promoting our purpose of providing the best deal for patients and the NHS. You’re not just a marketer. You’re a strategic brand builder with a proven record of developing digital marketing strategies and growing e-commerce sales. Some of the other important things you’ll do:
1. Develop and execute strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce plan to enhance our brand and drive sales.
2. Build a strong brand identity: Shape our messaging and storytelling to align with our values of trust, integrity, and patient focus.
3. Lead campaigns: Oversee creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that boost awareness and engagement, focusing on impact and values rather than just features.
4. Mentor and lead the team: Guide and support a small team of e-commerce assistants, helping them develop their skills and contribute to our success.
5. Collaborate with leadership: Work closely with senior stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and growth plans.
6. Internal Culture Development: Actively contribute to our positive company culture by promoting our values of integrity, patient focus, and delivering the best deal for patients and the NHS.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We’re looking for a strategic marketer with significant experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and building cohesive brand identities. Some of the skills, knowledge, and experience required include:
1. A storyteller who can craft compelling campaigns that resonate with both patients and the NHS.
2. A purpose-driven professional who shares our commitment to delivering value to patients and the NHS.
3. Skilled in analysing campaign performance, customer behaviour, and sales data to optimise marketing strategies and drive ROI.
4. Proficient with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar software.
5. Deep understanding of customer journeys, needs, and pain points, with the ability to create tailored experiences for different audiences.
6. An expert in digital tools and techniques, including PPC, SEO, social advertising, and performance analytics.
7. A hands-on leader, comfortable mentoring a team while staying engaged with execution.
8. Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to different stakeholders.
9. Adept at working cross-functionally, building relationships with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
Why Join Us?
