The ideal candidate will have previous experience in multiple channel contact centre with exposure and understanding of both service and sales. You'll support the Contact Centre Manager as well as engage with the wider functions of the business.

4. Do you have a proven track record of delivering performance improvements through coaching?
5. Do you have experience in reviewing various Contact Centre processes to ensure the best customer service is being given?

This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).
