WA Consultants is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager for an initial 12-month contract for a client based near Helensburgh.
The successful applicant will join our clients Supply Operations Team and will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
1. Assist in monitoring the budgetary expenditure.
2. Use information technology systems, communications and equipment, to assist in the monitoring of the daily business operation and performance.
3. Supporting the day-to-day management of the delivery of In-service support within the Supply Operations Team.
4. Supporting the monitoring, analysing and interpretation of data to identify trends, risks, and issues.
5. Operations, according to customer requirements, delivery plans and support solutions – with a focus on supporting time critical provision of materials.
6. Contributing to the management of risks, issues, and dependencies, communicating changes with stakeholders.
Essential skills:
1. Experience of stakeholder management and delivering customer service
2. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
3. Demonstrable ability to review and interpret data
4. A detail-oriented individual capable of understanding and anticipating the systems required for the effective operation of the organisation
Please note, this contract role has been deemed by our client to fall inside of IR35. Our client also requires candidates to be on site full-time.
