You will be the ‘go-to’ providing Emergency Management and Business Continuity support across the wider business, working with the senior management team to develop, manage and deliver a robust emergency management process and business continuity programme. A perfect blend of risk management, collaboration and continuous improvement.
THE ROLE:
1. Preparing Business Continuous Improvement Plans (risk management focus)
2. Ensure current emergency plans in place are embedded and tested (supporting to continuously improve these)
3. Liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate required meetings, ensuring processes are rolled out with relevant parties
4. Ensure that essential business activities have robust processes, systems, capability, and staff response readiness to support ongoing business continuity
5. You will pride yourself in your communication skills, ability to read the room and build relationships with a range of stakeholders to ensure best business outcomes are received
6. You’ll have proven experience in a high pressurised environment, someone who has ‘been in the trenches’ supporting with high risk scenarios, compliance focused and willing to roll up their sleeves. Excellent communication skills on both fronts essential
