In its “IT for Business” duty, our department designs, delivers and operates end user global applications in the domain of Corporate & Support Functions organized in 24 products within 6 lines of products (Finance, I nvestment, Procurement, Risk Management, HR/Communication, Compliance), most of them sponsored by Group Corporate departments. Our department relies on a high performing team of 200 experts (mainly located in France and Portugal also with offshored managed services), committed and motivated, creating and protecting value at Group & Entity level. Our main mission is to be the preferred partner of AXA Business families in Corporate Functions while ensuring excellence and consistency across our products in: · Implementing, operating and managing Group and/or Global Solutions · Delivering advisory services in answer to Business requirements and stakes · Leveraging a market leader right-shored delivery model · Continuously integrating customer centricity, efficiency, innovation & technology in our operating model About the job Job purpose As a Service Delivery Manager for General Accounting Product you will act as the convergence point, be the driver for the transversal topics, securing the proper follow up even through the existent silos/different Products/different teams. Main missions The Service Delivery Manager is the keeper of the solution stability, in line with the agreed service and quality levels and ensures the smooth business operations. You are the overall coordinator of the Quarterly Closing processes, decisively supporting Flyer entities towards a timely and lean financial reporting. You work in close cooperation with the Product Manager, leading and taking part in the different key programs and projects. You are an ambassador to evangelizer of the good practices such as the continuous improvement mindset within our teams and an instigator for excellence towards the KPI’s in force. You have already coordinated team members, are experienced in working in geographical dispersed realities and with Onshore and Offshore delivery centers. You master with excellence the art of keeping all stakeholders engaged and timely informed, on the progresses and challenges of the Projects. Technical skills · Solid SAP Financial Modules experience (FI, CO, AA, AP and AR), as an implementer. · Good English level and Communication skills. · Experience in AGILE/SCRUM frameworks/methodologies.
