Customer Service Support
I am looking for an experienced individual with excellent customer service skills who is able to engage with customers via the phone, email, and face-to-face. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and have experience dealing with data entry and documentation processes.
Customer Service Support Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain an excellent rapport with all key customers.
* Upsell and follow up on orders to meet revenue targets.
* Accurately process customer sales orders and ensure that customers receive all necessary information promptly.
* Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels.
* Follow up on unpaid invoices with key customers.
* Maintain regular communication with customers to meet their needs and accurately forecast revenue levels.
* Ensure shipping documentation and export management processes are carried out at a high standard.
* Process invoices promptly once goods are dispatched.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service skills
* Manufacturing background
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* A background in data analysis
* Proficiency in Excel
This is a Monday to Friday position working between the hours of 9am-5pm with an early leave on a Friday. They are offering an hourly rate between £15-20 depending on the level of experience.
