Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Ballykelly are looking for a Staff Officer (Research and information officer) to join their team
Rate of pay: £17.94ph Weekly Pay
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm
Main duties and essential skills may include, while not limited to:
To complete the analysis of statistical
reports and research findings to help
inform and shape future rural policy
considerations, including championing
new and innovative approaches by
government to addressing existing and
emerging challenges within rural
communities
To create evidence informed narratives to
engage with policy makers across
government, including other jurisdictions
and rural stakeholders to showcase the
differing needs of rural communities in NI.
To create evidence baselines and
associated monitoring/evaluation
frameworks to measure impact.
To analyse statistical reports and research
to help inform and shape future business
cases associated with supporting rural
communities, including regeneration and
community development for example.
To improve the scope, accessibility and
timeliness of rural research, statistics and
other evidence and their use across
government.
Essential Experience
Qualifications required.
• Skilled in use of MS Suite products and
video-conferencing software.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and
research methodologies.
Desired Experience and
Qualifications.
A qualification or experience in statistical
research, or a related field.
