We are delighted to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic Human Resources Officer based at our UK Head Office in Newtown, Powys. Reporting to the HR Manager UK and Europe, this position will provide proactive support on various HR matters, contributing to the smooth operation and commercial success of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to support key areas including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation in delivering efficient, effective, and compliant people policies, processes, and systems across the UK business. This role combines administrative precision, data management, and a proactive approach to policy and process improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide HR advice and guidance to team members.
* Ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied across all areas of the business.
* Responsible for the administration of employee lifecycle processes from recruitment approval to termination.
* Responsible for the maintenance of UK HRM systems.
* Provide payroll processing support.
* Professionally and confidentially support HR responsibilities and activities assigned to the UK business.
* Offer flexible support to the business with various HR activities.
* Support the implementation of HR projects within the UK business framework.
Knowledge and Experience:
* CIPD qualification and membership at Associate Level, equivalent degree or combined experience.
* Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance standards, and best practices.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
* Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, T&A) and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Experience supporting organisational change and service improvement initiatives.
