What does the job entail?
On behalf of Warwickshire County Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their Business Support team. This is a high-profile post and would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked within Administration, that is looking to further develop their experience within Local Authority.
You will achieve this by:
1. Covering the reception desk
2. Minuting safeguarding meetings
3. Taking phone calls and using various in-house systems
4. General administration
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
5. A good team player that is equally able to work independently
6. Good level of initiative and not afraid to ask question
7. Familiar with Office 365 is essential
