Userled is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help us scale as we grow to 1,000+ customers. Following a £4M seed round, we’ve 10x’d our ARR this year. Over the past 12 months, we’ve onboarded some of the biggest names in B2B SaaS (e.g., Canva, Pigment). In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Customer Success and focus primarily on onboarding and product training.
What You’ll Do
* Jump into client demos to support pre-sales conversations and help the sales team close strategic deals when needed.
* Design tailored onboarding plans by understanding each customer’s goals, setup, and use cases - ensuring they see value quickly.
* Deliver engaging product training sessions and workshops to drive adoption and empower customers to succeed with Userled.
* Create scalable onboarding resources (videos, guides, FAQs, email templates) to reduce friction and make learning intuitive and self-serve.
* Be the go-to person during onboarding, managing communication via Slack and other channels to resolve issues fast and with a personal touch.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, CS, and Sales to improve the onboarding journey and share customer insights.
