The opportunity
Due to an increase in projects, an exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced HR Officer to become responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service for an International Chemical Production Facility in the North West, providing advice and guidance to employees and line managers in line with HR policies, UK employment law, and pension legislation.
Employment Type: 12-month, Fixed Term Contract 36 hours per week, on site
Salary expectation: £34K - £42K
Your duties and responsibilities will be
Serve as the first point of contact to advise line managers and employees across different business entities on HR policies and employment regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and policies.
Coordinate and manage recruitment events, ensuring appropriate selection activities, resources, and methods are used to successfully recruit the most suitable candidates for each vacancy.
Continuously monitor and improve key HR processes, such as recruitment, sickness absence control, HR induction, etc., ensuring their alignment with HR policy and legislation.
