The Job Role
* The experienced proactive sales manager will be the face of the hotel
* To proactively sell all market segments for the hotel including meetings, events, and corporate
* Manage existing client accounts as well as proactively selling and developing new accounts to drive revenue for the hotel
* Identify opportunities for new local corporate business
* The sales manager will be responsible for client show-rounds, FAM trips, as well as representing the hotel & company at trade shows & exhibitions
The Requirements
* Proven track record of driving new business within the hotel industry
* Natural sales professional
* Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing the sales strategy
* A solid track record of securing new business within meetings and a wide range of events
* The proactive sales manager will have previous experience in key account management and new business
