Responsibilities: As an SEN HLTA, you will: Provide high-level support to students with SEN in both group and one-on-one settings. Assist in the planning and delivery of differentiated lessons in collaboration with the class teacher. Support the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Lead small groups or individual interventions, focusing on students' specific learning needs. Promote an inclusive and nurturing environment, encouraging student engagement and confidence. Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to both teachers and parents. Support students' social and emotional development, fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Requirements: To be successful in this SEN HLTA role, you will need: A relevant Level 4 qualification or equivalent in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Experience working with students with SEN (preferably in a HLTA role). A strong understanding of SEN strategies and how to differentiate learning. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
