Part-time & full-time roles available to perform a variety of tasks in our Control Room.
Be a part of a team covering 24 hours a day 365 days per year - according to a rota - which will include weekends and bank holidays and shift work.
The ideal candidate will be a positive and friendly person who can remain calm and helpful during busy periods and feel in control when handling incidents at clients’ premises.
Therefore, a good customer service attitude is essential with a confident telephone manner and excellent spoken communication skills (English)
They must be confident in the use of PCs and associated software to enable them to carry-out their duties.
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE
Operating and Monitoring CCTV
Responding to alerts from our clients' security systems (panic alarms, intruder alarm, access control and CCTV systems), liaising with third parties such as site owners, Police, partner security firms & other official bodies as required
Act as emergency co-ordinator following safety and emergency procedures
Perform access control duties in the control room or remotely
Booking guards on and off shifts
Complete shift reports (days/nights/duty) regarding activity or disturbances.
Signing in/out of keys
Administrative Duties that includes ensuring paperwork and computerised files are updated regularly and accordingly
Audit systems and reporting if fully functional and/or changes needed
No Experience is needed as full training will be provided
Please note, an SIA license will need to be acquired following completion of training
