About this Opportunity
The Commercial Team is responsible for the delivery of strategic growth projects, new products and the continuous development of insight, reporting, and forecasting. It also has operational responsibility for the end-to-end profitability of vehicles during the lifetime of the contract. The team works closely with all aspects of the business to deliver long-term profitable growth. We are passionate about developing insights and using them to deliver rapid, sustainable commercial advantage.
This role is integral to the management and reporting of Tusker services, including insurance, repairs and maintenance. This role will work across the business and with external partners to drive understanding, efficiency and control.
The role is high profile with exposure to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.

What you’ll need
1. Experience / exposure to car insurance and vehicle leasing is desirable
2. Proactive and curious; able to work independently and raise issues early
3. Strong technical ability and problem-solving skills
4. An excellent communicator and relationship-builder; confident interacting with internal partners and external suppliers
5. Able to consider the ‘big picture’ / broader impacts to business
6. Strong organisational skills, able to deliver on deadlines and balance workload
And any experience of these would be really useful
1. Experience of working with Insurers and Insurance Brokers to review factors influencing scheme performance
2. Experience of performing regular and ad hoc analysis of performance, highlighting areas of opportunity and risk
3. Preparing, analysing and reporting monthly commercial & financial information, i.e. investigation of variances against budget and forecast
4. Business partner for internal and external customers
5. Review tools to track performance and recommend improvements including systemic solutions to support a growing portfolio
