Job Description:
Role:
• Lead the Windlesham retention impact analysis
• Leverage previous methodology from JLL consultancy
• Determine where people now live in relation to the new site and changed commute (analysis last undertaken Q1 2022; significant movement over the past 3 years)
• Reevaluate retention mechanisms, revise eligibility groups, and make recommendations including cost estimates
• Conduct competitive pay analysis for lab-based workers (PS PSu) in the context of the Windlesham move
• Support Windlesham change management, Change Champions, and UK leadership engagement
• Educate managers on Windlesham retention mechanisms
• Support Performance Improvement Plans implementation (and ad hoc Employee Relations)
• Support local DE&I work
Requirements
Skills:
• Strong data and analytics capabilities with the ability to develop subsequent recommendations
• Proficient in Excel
• Previous relocation experience
• Confident in presentations and liaising with leadership teams
Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in global data management
• In-depth knowledge in Master Data Governance and Strategy
• Expertise in Data Quality Management
• Knowledge in Data Integration and Architecture
• Change Management and Data Migration
