Our client is a National Housebuilder looking for a highly skilled Sales Negotiator with a proven track record within the Homes sales industry. Candidates must demonstrate previous Home Sales experience, which can come from either a housebuilder or an estate agency. This role is for a development in Kenilworth, selling a range of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom properties. This is a full-time role.
With annual completions of 460 units (Jan-Dec), there is a significant opportunity to make sales and earn good commission. The salary is up to £28,000 per year, with an OTE of £50,000 per annum.
The Role:
Sales Negotiator:
1. Secure the sale of new homes to achieve contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets.
2. Utilise sales tools, promotions, and incentives to manage all sales proceedings, including regular contact with customers regarding contract exchange deadlines to ensure these are achieved and customers are kept fully informed throughout the buying process.
3. Record all visitors' sales and sales of optional extras, providing feedback and reports regarding visitors' sales and proceedings.
4. Liaise with the Site Manager regarding sales and production issues on site.
5. Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed concerning customer access into the construction areas of the development.
6. Compile competitor reports to include selling and selling prices, providing feedback to management as required, and work in accordance with the business unit sales manual.
