We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Administrator to join the team at Buxton our residential care home, located in Weymouth Location: Buxton House - Weymouth - DT4 0QE With alternate weekend work 37.50 hours per week Key duties for an Administrator include (but may not be limited to) Supervision of staff, overview of systems and processes as the lead Process monthly inhouse payroll Assisting with the maintenance of client records and other files. Secretarial support including handling post, photocopying, filing and word processing. Reception and telephone duties, dealing with queries, messages, and taking appropriate action. Drafting letters and contacting suppliers regarding quotes, deliveries, and queries. Providing invoices to Head Office for payment and recording payments in the home's budgetary control file. Assisting the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the home. Our focus is our residents, clients, and our people. Key Requirements: - Prior experience in and administration or clerical role is desirable but not essential. Computer literate, including Excel and word. Well organised and with the ability to prioritise. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent telephone manner. Desire to ensure the home runs in a smooth manner.
