The Advocate Group is working in partnership with a globally recognised consumer brand business and a market leader worldwide in the FMCG space. This highly ambitious and fast-growing business is searching for a strategic Programme Manager to deliver on business improvement and internal facing projects.
This is a brand new role for the business, with scope to be involved in a wide variety of strategic projects and a high level of visibility for senior stakeholders. The role would be a great fit for someone who is proactive, organised and committed to driving tactical business growth.
The Role:
* Develop and maintain an overall programme plan, aligning all projects with the business' strategic goals.
* Oversee the execution of all projects within the programme, including resource and budget allocation.
* Engage regularly with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for senior management and external partners.
* Track and report on overall performance, prepare and present status updates to senior management.
The Ideal Person:
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
* Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, and collaborating with colleagues at all levels of the business.
* Experience in project or program management, ideally within business change or employee-focused initiatives.
* 3-5 years experience working in a similar role.
