Contract Type: Fixed Term Maternity Cover until 01/04/2026 or until the permanent postholder returns
Salary Range: Grade 3, SCP 7-8, FTE salary £25,584.00 - £25,992.00, pro rata salary £22,603.46 - £22,963.93.
Working Type: Full Time 37 hours, 41 working weeks, 48.299 paid weeks
Base: Kearsley Academy, Springfield Road, Bolton, BL4 8HY

We are seeking to recruit a Learning Manager, to support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring in order to maximise student attainment. The role is very much a student support, pastoral and safeguarding role, and our successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving outcomes and enhancing life chances for the young people in our care.
