Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will maintain and co-ordinate timely and appropriate interventions for a caseload of service users living in the community within the framework of CPA, in line with relevant clinical pathways as outlined within the Adults CMHT operational procedure.
This includes respecting the individuality, values, culture, and religious diversity of clients and colleagues, contributing to the provision of a service sensitive to these needs.
With a strong focus on service user recovery, carer support, staff learning, and development, Prescott House is an environment with shared values and a positive solution-focused approach.
Job Responsibilities
* Pay Enhancements: 30% additional for Evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays, and 60% additional for Sundays and Bank holidays.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* NMC registration.
* Further training/qualifications.
Knowledge/Experience
* Working in a mental health setting.
* Experience of administering depot medication and running depot clinic.
* Venepuncture training and practice.
* Training/Interest in delivering psychosocial interventions.
