MASH Assistant Team Manager - Up to £57,802-Hybrid
NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted local authority in the South East of England who are looking for an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join their Single Point of Access(MASH) service. The ideal candidate will have experience working within busy MASH or Screening teams, ideally whilst holding management responsibilities.

This is a non case-holding position, meaning you will be able to carry out your work without the need for visits or any long term holding of cases, having less pressure on yourself & ultimately increasing your overall work satisfaction.
Responsibilities of this position include;
Motivating team members.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Deputising for the Team Manager.
Assisting in the delegation of workloads.
Undertake supervision of social workers on the team.
