We are currently looking for a Repairs Administrator to join a well-established housing association.
Position: Repairs Administrator
Location: NG19
Working Days: Mon - Fri
Contract Duration: 3 Month Contract
Salary: £15 - £18 per hour
As a Repairs Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Management of operative's diaries, ensuring all work is carried out in line with SLA's.
2. Providing a high level of customer service dealing with complaints and enquiries, maintaining communication through to job completion.
3. Data input and general admin duties.
To be successful as a Repairs Administrator, you will have experience in:
1. A similar role: repairs planner, resource controller, scheduler or compliance admin.
2. Delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
3. Data entry and general administrative duties.
