You will be qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities, being able to embody the Quanta brand and gain candidate commitment Ensure all data and candidates records are up to date on our company’s CRM system including obtaining recent CV’s Coordinate and host internal / external interviews Manage the candidate on-boarding process Competitor identification and mapping Focus on direct recruitment across all business areas Targeting both the active and passive markets to contact suitable candidates to discuss opportunities Make the leap into a progressive and rewarding career today – and apply now
