About your role:
1. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high quality housekeeping and changeover cleaning service to our 5 star accommodation providers.
2. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours, as well as service knowledge when delivering to customers. You will be required to provide service in line with the organisation’s customer service standards, strategy and within appropriate regulatory requirements. Your customer interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, email, text and social media.
3. As a supervisor you will be required to check the quality of others’ work. You will also need to coach and support them in their role. You will also need to offer praise and redirection where/when needed.
4. This is a flexible role, which you can shape to suit your skills. However, core cleaning, room presentation and hygiene must still take place.
5. You will need to have a full, clean drivers license.
Salary, working hours and benefits:
- £13.50 - £15 per hour (depending on experience).
- Minimum of 18 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday (9.15am - 2.30pm core hours).
- Very occasional weekend work (bonus provided for out of hours work).
- Uniform is included, as well as free training and a supportive work environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Must be willing to drive up to 30 mins from home.
- Jobs are located around Suffolk (mobile cleaning).

About Sunflower Shine:
Sunflower Shine in Suffolk was founded in September 2020 by Mary Cook. The name implies a desire to create happy, hygienic, clean homes and also to develop our staff and help them to shine, through skill development and supporting of career aspirations, wherever possible. We want you to shine!
We offer both domestic and commercial cleaning services in homes and businesses in Suffolk. As such, we provide mobile cleaning. Competent drivers with a clean licence are much preferred for this reason.
Personal hygiene is paramount, as well as a good knowledge of the practical aspects of cleaning and a willingness to get involved in the day to day work.
