WHO are Klever Kids Day Nursery?
This is a very busy day nursery that cares for children from birth to 11 years old. They believe that play is a vital part of a child’s development: from cognitive awareness of the world around them, through to all the social skills they need for starting school.

WHAT will I get from working with Klever Kids Day Nursery?
* EARN: £6.40-£11.44 per hour, 40 hours per week
* EXPERIENCE- your hours: Monday to Friday shifts between 7.30am and 6pm.
* QUALIFICATION: Early Years Educator Level 3 takes approximately 18 months.
WHAT will my DAY look like?
You will be joining the baby room (0-2 years) and be committed to nurturing every child’s individual needs; following all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping all children to develop a range of skills and prepare for school. Your daily tasks will include:
* Keeping records of your key children’s development and learning journeys and sharing with parents, carers and other key adults in the child’s life.
* Developing and maintaining strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day caring and early learning needs.
* Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures and medical histories.
* Advising the manager/deputy of any concerns, preserving confidentiality as necessary.
* Being involved in out of working hours activities, e.g. training, monthly staff meetings.
* Being flexible within working practices of the setting, undertaking other responsible duties where needed, such as domestic tasks, preparation of snack meals, cleaning of equipment, etc.
* Supporting nursery assistants, students and volunteers.
* Undertaking and leading on additional responsibilities such as SENCO, training co-ordinator, safeguarding Officer etc.
* Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
Working towards your Early Years Educator Level 3 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including risk management, key person & attachment, learning & development, and more! You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.
Minimum Requirements:
* UK Residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
* Early Years Practitioner Level 2 (or equivalent)
* Good time management
* Works well under pressure
