Our client a successful independent Estate Agent are looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their lettings department in their new office in Iver. Training for this role will be based in Hayes to start with until the new Iver office has opened. You will be reporting into the Lettings Manager who will be overseeing the Hayes and Iver offices, conducting valuations for both. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, with a winning and target driven mindset. Some previous experience would be ideal, but the company are also open to a very good Trainee with the willingness to learn, and progress within their first role in Estate Agency. You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
