Wise May are looking for a part time Receptionist / Administrator to work in an extremely friendly Accountancy company based in the Bromley, Kent area.
3 month contract with a possible opportunity to turn permanent.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a local professional part time role in a supportive and friendly environment.
Hours required for the role: Thursday - Friday, 9:00– 17:30.
Duties:
1. Answering phones, meeting and greeting clients.
2. Post/delivery management.
3. Booking couriers, parking spaces and meeting rooms.
4. Managing booking of meeting rooms and set up; IT set up, refreshments, keeping meeting rooms clean and tidy.
5. Assisting the Accountancy and Property teams.
6. Aiding on a variety of ad hoc projects/admin tasks.
7. Document storage; management/sending files off for archiving.
8. Replenishing stationery for the office, or other products as appropriate.
9. Sending invoices and receipts to accounts for processing.
Experience / skills required:
1. Reliable, team player, keen to learn, positive nature, hardworking and enthusiastic.
2. Typing skills would be a bonus. Proofreading, word formatting.
3. Someone who is pro-active and uses their initiative.
4. Polite and well presented.
