About the role We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Procurement Manager to join our team. In this strategic role, you will leverage your expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and commercial negotiations to lead procurement initiatives that directly impact the growth and success of the business. Negotiate and manage third party supplier relationships, fostering partnerships that enhance quality and drive cost savings. Lead commercial agreement negotiations and oversee contract terms, ensuring effective risk mitigation and favorable outcomes. Manage procurement activities for acquisitions and disposals, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to influence procurement decisions and drive stakeholder engagement. Oversee supplier vetting and onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to quality, compliance, and financial stability standards. Establish and maintain a detailed contract database, tracking key metrics such as expiration dates, values, and performance indicators. Proactively manage contract lifecycles, including renewals, cancellations, and renegotiations, to ensure maximum value. Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance procurement and contract management efficiency. Act as a key representative in negotiations, audits, and contract reviews, maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance. What you'll need Proven experience in procurement, contract management, and legal affairs, preferably high value contracts. A strategic mindset, ensuring cost-effectiveness and supplier reliability. Expertise in negotiating commercial agreements and contract terms to ensure favourable outcomes for the business. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and drive business outcomes. A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of identifying opportunities for innovation and value creation. Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments and drive change.
