Job Purpose
The role of Education Assistant is crucial in delivering high quality care and support for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing pupils' behaviour and working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality care and support for emotionally vulnerable students.
* Work closely with Pastoral Managers and Behaviour and Welfare Lead to develop strategies for improving pupil engagement and reducing barriers to education.
* Develop and implement effective plans to enhance pupil wellbeing and promote positive relationships.
* Collaborate with other professionals to deliver integrated provision for pupils.
* Provide guidance and support to pupils to develop their resilience and skills.
