Full Time Permanent. 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday to Friday)
Salary up to £46,000 per annum.
Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements, and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids, and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage operative performance/Productivity to achieve KPI’s.
* Manage site health and safety through site packs, inspections, and monthly compliance.
* Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
* Produce Scope of works where not supplied / Variations.
* Pre-start, Mid, and Post work inspections.
* Produce BM Trada record of installation certificates for all works & maintaining register of works.
* Provide ongoing training of operatives on fire safety regulations and maintain training records in line with BM Trada certification requirements.
* Assess completed orders (desktop) ensuring sufficient photographic evidence and notes to support commercial invoicing.
* Subcontractor management, ensuring targets and quality are met.
* Diary monitoring for correct allocation of skills and time frame.
* Appraisals for assigned operatives.
* Attend client meetings as required.
* Undertake interviews for new operatives/ liaise with Mears recruitment.
* Induction of new operatives.
* Manage Direct Labour Operatives H.R. issues with assistance from Mears H.R. department.
* All other non-specified duties associated with a supervisor role.
Role Criteria:
* CSCS Blue Card
* SMSTS
* Supervisory Experience
* Experience in FRA works to BM Trada or FIRAS standards – fitting & maintaining fire doors; reinstating compartmentation.
* Worked within Social housing.
* IT Literate
* Customer Service Skills
* Good written and verbal communication.
