This is a service-led organisation that strives to put the customer at the centre of everything they do. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Director and Managing Director. Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Office Administrator:
1. Assisting the Sales Director and Sales Team to achieve company objectives
2. Secretarial duties in support of the Sales Director, Managing Director, and the Sales/Commercial teams
3. Coordinating the day-to-day Marketing activities with the Marketing department
4. Managing all point of sale and promotional literature and liaising with the Group Marketing department
5. Liaising with Senior Managers across the group to facilitate company objectives
6. Liaising with Business Development Managers and the Technical Department ensuring any issues raised are resolved
7. Providing Catering for Board and Sales meetings
8. Organising sales conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and all commercial activities
9. Ensuring there is always adequate stationery for the department
10. Diary management
11. Coordinating hotel and travel bookings for the Directors and Sales teams including flights
12. Managing price increase communications to all customers ensuring all expectations are met
13. Recording and monitoring all departmental holidays and sickness in conjunction with the HR department
Required Skills & Experience:
1. High standards of verbal and written Mathematics and English
2. Experience providing excellent administrative duties
3. Secretarial experience
4. Excellent attention to detail
5. Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
