Anintegral part of this has always been our fantastic entertainment.The Support Stage Manager will help to oversee the consistentsmooth running of the technical entertainment delivery, includingcoordinating the LX/AV/Sound/Stage teams that sit within this.
KeyResponsibilities
Leading,co-ordinating/implementing training and development of thetechnical support team, in the areas ofSTAGE/AV/LX/AUDIO.
Liaising with stage basedperformance content to ensure it is delivered as directed andproduced.
Welcoming, supporting anddelivering support for visiting Artistes and acts on stage and intheir dressing roomenvironments.
Co-ordinating, planning anddelivering day to day running and operation ofvenues.
Ensure all shows are consistentlydelivered to a high standard and ensure there is a continuousevaluation of the quality of the technical delivery in all fieldsAUDIO/STAGE/LX/AV
Ensure Technicalspecifications and documentation is kept up todate
Work with Stage Managers, Technicalmanager and Technical support teams to create the correctatmosphere through AUDIO/LX/AV and STAGE visuals for Live musicweekends and family breaks.
Working with theothers to implement systems, processes and procedures for theupkeep and maintenance of all technical equipment specific tovenues and the resort as a whole.
Keepaccurate back ups of all files and showmedia.
Develop alongside the TechnicalManager a robust cover programme for the operation ofshows.
Create effective development andsuccession planning for technical team development in all fields ofSTAGE/AV/AUDIO/LX
Skills, Knowledge& Expertise
Have previousexperience in the area
Be a strongcommunicator with an ability to build and maintain relationships atall levels
Be innovative with an ability toidentify areas for improvement and implement ways to enhanceprocesses and increase knowledge, skills and experiences within theteam
Have a keen eye for detail, alwaysensuring the area is adhering to all company procedures, bestpractises and brand guidelines
Beflexible –Stage Manager will be able to work across our familybreaks, Big Weekenders andconferences
