An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Post-16 Attendance Officer. We are looking for a colleague to join our Post-16 team, at this successful, oversubscribed comprehensive Academy. This role is integral to Student Services within Post-16 with the main focus on supporting staff and students in Post 16, leading on communication with parents and staff to ensure that students are attending and achieving at school. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative support skills, high expectations and an unwavering commitment to all staff, students and stakeholders to ensure outstanding levels of student attendance.? S/he will support with student attendance monitoring, through daily routines including liaison with home and supporting progress and achievement, working across Post 16. The Post 16 Attendance Officer will report directly to and be responsible to the Associate Assistant Head Post 16.
